All items are packaged safely & securely.

Insurance
When you receive your item, if at all damaged it must be reported to us by email within 24 hours.

Return policy
Prime Collectables offers a complete guarantee. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can confidently return the item to us for a full refund, as most of what we supply are individually signed or limited edition items and original paintings, replacements will rarely be possible. The item must be returned to us within 14 days after delivery.

Our full returns and refunds policy states:

“We want all our customers to be totally satisfied with every purchase they make. It is our aim to offer you good value for your money. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days of delivery, unused in its original packaging, together with the receipt. We’ll offer you a full refund.

However it will be your responsibility to pay the postage costs for any returns, unless the item is damaged or faulty in anyway. Valid proof of purchase and photographs are required, when discussing a return.

We only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then you will not be eligible for a refund
